Macro Cycle Coding
During the review of my teaching from the videos I took I was able to code and think critically about my teaching. I coded for different components in my video (Three legs of science, my goals, and eliciting student ideas). Additionally, I was able to write a brief paragraph sharing my reflections on my teaching. For example, what went well, what I was missing, or even what was unclear. This shows my understanding of how important it is to watch back, and most importantly think about my own teaching and reflect on it. Reflecting helps make future instructional decisions and changes to my own teaching.
